Enoch Choi, MD, Urgent Care
Serving on the COVID-19 Front Lines

Dr. Enoch Choi, MD is a Family Physician providing urgent care at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center as the TeamHealth Facility Medical Director of Downtown, backpack medicine with Valley Healthcare for the Homeless, and disaster relief as Medical Director of Jordan International Aid.

He serves on the board of: YCIS-SV, Palo Alto Community Foundation, HTF, VMC Medical Explorers Post 751, & San Francisco Chinatown Lions Club.  After 2 decades at PAMF, your taxes enable him to provide free care to anyone walking in regardless of ability to pay or documentation status and brings relief to homeless where they camp fulfilling a lifelong goal of relieving suffering in disasters, previously abroad in every major of the last decade and now locally. He is proud to lead the team screening for covid-19 demonstrating community spread, leading to America’s first shelter in place, saving millions (call 1-888-334-1000 for free testing).  His efforts have received US & CA congressional recognition, Palo Alto Tall Tree 2019, PAMF Service Award 2017, SF Business Times Health Hero 2013, Silicon Valley Business Journal 2011 Health Hero, and most importantly, inspired his daughter to pursue medicine and his son to fight for the underserved.

To decompress, he is an active backpacker, downhill skiier, karaoke singer, BBQ'er and single dad of teens who have not yet burned down the house as he shelters away from home at a covid hotel.
